So far i have not been disappointed. The pets look pretty awesome, the ability to control your pets adds a whole new experience to the game...HORSES!!!!! whhhhaaat??? pretty awesome! As a previous owner of "Unleashed" for the sims and pets for 2 i can say this is waaay better, one thing i was looking forward was a new career as a pet trainer or something similar, so far i haven't seen that in the game, if it's there i will be very happy, if not, oh well. I give this game 5 stars because i haven't been thru everything the expansion has to offer and im already having a blast, that can only mean that whatever's still there for me to discover can only be good. Here are the requirements listed for the Sims 3 Pets on Amazon:Minimum Specifications: OS: Windows XP Service Pack 2, Windows Vista Service Pack 1 Processor: 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent RAM: 1 GB Hard Drive: 3.2 GB Video Card: Video Card with support for Pixel Shader 2.0 Additional Info: None Her computer meets these requirements and, like I said, has played Sims 3 with other expansions with no problem. We downloaded Sims 3 Pets and her pets are all distorted and deformed. I updated her graphics driver and did everything I could think of. It crashes every 20mins-2hrs, and I've seen it enter deadlock. This makes the game hard to play...which is unfortunate, since the gameplay is great when it works.So I'd advise any potential buyers to wait a few months until some major patches come out... |
