Gameplay runs fine, I haven't had any issues. Startup does seem to take a long time. The game is fun, but there are many quirks about the game that I don't understand, and unfortunately I don't have a user manual to reference. There is no "help" screen in-game. Other aspects of the game you just can't figure out.I have contacted EA support and have been told there is no soft-copy of the instructions online anywhere, so I was out of luck. That's a shame, you'd think they'd include an online-copy of the owner's manual along with this game for download. If I buy this in the store I get a hard case, a disc, and the manual. If I could do it over I'd probably just wait and buy it in the store. The user manual is absolutely crucial to understand all the facets of this game.
