The download service works well enough, but this is supposed to be a LAN game. Enix is forcing you to sign up for an on-line service just to play the freakin' demo! They ruined DSIII as a RPG game, and they have ruined it as a LAN game as well. Further, their internet gaming server software is the most defective garbage I have seen in 20 years. Stay away from this product; it blows!

Spent more than a few hours trying to get the game to load.Went through all the FAQ tips and several download attempts. Copy would not validate. Have had suscess with several other games from streaming.

I tried this game blindly and did not look into it as the demo was free. I downloaded this hoping for a fun game that kept enemies coming and the clicks going. The game did not play like I expected. I would have rated the game a little bit lower but if I had honestly looked into it more before downloading I would have never downloaded in the first place. I ended up demoing Torchlight and liked it a bit more and ended up pre-ordering Torchlight 2 with Torchlight 1 included for free.
