It's simply amazing. Three games for the price of one is enough to make this a worth while purchase but the game play just puts it over the top! I've heard about the Sims for awhile now but it just didn't interest me at the time. Then I purchased the game for my PSP and I liked it enough to purchase it for the PC.And I was blown away. To me it's WAY better on the PC and the game is more engrossing. I just can't pull away from it and most days I'm playing it well into the morning. To anyone who's never played you don't know what you're missing. Don't believe the hype? Our oldest (12) has been playing it at a friends house and has been asking for her own copy for a couple of months. It is easy to set up, the graphics are very nice, and the game play is virtually limitless. *Warning* your kids will get sucked into it and lose countless hours glued to the computer. We have enforced time limits for our kids. Also, part of the game play does involve the characters having sex. It seems that's the only aspect of the game that my 12 year old daughter is interested in. As a father, you can probably understand that this doesn't entirely sit well with me. Fortunately, we have an open relationship with our children, we have discussed real life sex well before the Sims ever came into our household, and we do have great children. When our 8 year old is playing with her older sister, the Sims go shopping, or redecorate, or go to work...and only go to bed to sleep. It is a fun game to play, and it does help to teach kids...
