    After playing many, many HOGs it was a pleasure to find a truly unique twist to the genre. Rather than straight-forward HOG or HOG with the usual mini-games thrown in and some kind of story, in Pickers you not only look for items in various locations, you get to haggle over prices of items you wish to buy (singly or in bundles), decide your selling price, bargain with potential buyers in your shop, even auction your items off to see if you made a good investment. To make it even more fun, you can "match up" 2 items that may be in the same location or different ones to create a new item that is worth more on the open market (match a lamp shade with a lamp base, for example, and sell the completed item for more than the sum of the parts). And finally - there are 3 "hot buys" to be considered each time you go out on a buying trip. If you find items in those categories, you earn more.     This is the best game I've purchased. My son and I never have quit playing since I bought it over a month ago. He is a real rpg player and has constantly teased me about HOG playing. This game is so unique that I am trying to find something similiar. If anyone has any suggestions let me know. I love it and can't get enough.

    Great fun, I showed my ten year old the basics and we competed in a who could make the most bucks at the end of the game challenge. He won with just over $100K- Has anyone topped that? This game is more than an HOG, the bargaining, pricing and selling aspects make it standout as one of the best out of twenty or so casual games that I have downloaded from amazon.
