Upon installing the Key Programmer utility and the drivers, my keyboard and mouse stopped responding in Windows XP (sp2). No remedy solved the error, and I ended up reinstalling WinXP. According to the company forums, there seems to be some conflicts with the drivers for this controller and the latest versions of WinXP.As of September of 2005, a moderator/employee stated that they are 'working on it internally,' and hope to get back soon with a solution. Still waiting. I'm still waiting, even, for a reply to the email I sent asking if there has been any new drivers created, or some other solution to the problem. I run 64-bit Vista Ultimate and I knew from the start that I wasn't likely to get a driver from XFX for this product -no worries. After a lot of research, and having the same lack of functional driver success with a Logitech Rumblepad II, I found out about Pinnacle Gamepad Profiler software (available at http://www.pinnaclegameprofiler.com) which was available as a free 30-day trial with a $20 purchase...
